roadrunner transported my 2002 pontiac grand am from san francisco to chicago pat was the first driver he was very polite and respectful shamus brought it the rest of the way drom iowa my car arrive on the day that i was told it would and shamus was also very polite to me and there was no damange done to my car it was in great condition when it arrived not a scratch or dent i would use roadrunner again and i would recomend them iam absoluty satisfied with the service i recieved from them

These people gave me a good deal so i went with them. They subcontracted some guy to take my car across the country.After being told I could pack 150 pounds of stuff in my car the driver demanded I pay an extra 100 dollars, but i got him down to $60. My car arrived three days late at 1 in the morning with electronics stolen from out of the truck. My antenna had been ripped off the roof ($400 to fix) of my car and the car was covered in tree sap, which after hours of trying different removal agents, still will not come off completely. Roadrunner Auto Carriers refuses to take responsibility for this. After I contested the charge they lied to the credit card company. On top of all that there is really no point to using these guys because they are just a middlemen; if anything goes wrong they say you have to deal with whoever they subcontracted. A very dishonest organization. Save yourself the headache - DO NOT USE! BIG RIP OFF!

Myself along with over 60 other carriers have not been paid by Road Runner Auto Carriers. The owner Ryan Bierle, who also owns Kimberly Auto Mart, Has ripped us off $3000.00. I have received phone calls from 2 other carriers that he owes a total of $5900.00. Stay away from this carrier and his dealership. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. Total rip off artist!!!!!!!!!

I called several transport companies to research shipping my Range Rover from Lancaster Pennsylvania to Berkeley California. Roadrunner came recommended by several people off the Northern California Land Rover club e-mail list so I decided to give them a try. The folks at Roadrunner were very friendly and really made me feel at ease right from the start. The cost was $995 and they promised that, unless a disaster occurred, I could expect delivery at my house in 14 days or less. Their insurance covered up to blue book value of my truck and they accepted many forms of payment. My contact told me that the pickup would occur in the next week – it happened 2 days later. We were off to a great start. I planned on using the Range Rover to take a vacation as soon as it arrived so I was getting anxious for it to arrive. I had one week off from work and I was just sitting around hoping my truck would show up early so I could get a few extra days of travel time in. I explained to my contact that the sooner I could get the vehicle the better and he was very understanding. Even though they were well within their 14-day limit – he put me in touch with the driver immediately and we worked out an early drop off point so I could leave and enjoy my trip. Sure enough, the driver showed up early (just for me) and despite my eagerness to hit the road, he kept urging me to slow down and really take a close look at the vehicle to make sure everything was perfect – and it was. Roadrunner went above and beyond to make sure I got my vehicle early and in great condition. I highly recommend these guys especially considering all the horror stories I hear out there. The next time I ship a vehicle I will, without hesitation, use Roadrunner.
