I had my vehicle shipped with Transport Services and they provided me with excellent service. They picked up and dropped off my car on the dates that I requested. Also, the customer service that I recieved from one of their sales reps BRAD was great. I would definetely use this company in the future.

I had a car to be picked up in New york to be shipped to Boca Raton , so i contracted transport services. They came to pick up my car on time, and did a great job. I would deffinatly use them again

After being stranded by another company that I contracted with, Richard at Transport Services explained the difference between the LOW quotes and the REAL ACCURATE and FAIR PRICE to ship my Acura from Denver to Orlando. When I cancelled the 1st company and signed on with Richard at Transport Services my car was picked up 2 days EARLY and arrived BEFORE the estimated delivery date!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!Richrd and Transport Services SAVED THE DAY!!!! THANKS

this company was very easy to use. my rep Haines set this up in a matter of minutes and the car carrier was at my house in three days. My car got to California in six days I promised Haines a good review if they followed through and they certainly did so here it is.

After requesting a quote from a number of carriers, I received a decent quote from transport services. Then they started calling me repeatedly to get my business. They said that they were different from other brokers because they had their own trucks, and could pick up my car by the end of the week. I paid them the deposit, and then the ridiculousness started. They did not pick up my car by the end of the week as promised. I called customer service, and after repeated phone calls was told that the car would be picked up by midweek of the next week. Middle of next week came and went, and no pickup. Again, repeated calls to customer service, and I was told definitely by the end of the week. End of the week, and nothing. On Saturday, someone called me and told me that a truck that was going to pick up my car had broken down, and that they promised my car would be picked up Monday. Guess what? Nothing on Monday. No pickup, no phone calls. I started calling and leaving messages for customer service, and they would never call back. When I would get through, they would put me on hold and not get back to me. Finally, I canceled the order and told them to refund my deposit. Not sure yet if they will willingly refund it, but I will get it back somehow. I understand that it is the busy season and trucks are hard to get from South to North. I would have had no problem if they had told me that they are trying their best, but are not sure when they will be able to get it. But repeteadly lying to me, never returning phone calls, putting me on perma-hold made me give them this review. I would advise to stay away from this company if you actually want your car delivered, and to be dealt with honestly.

I had a 1976 Mercedes 450sl shipped from Vegas to Kentucky. I worked with HAINES who was wonderful! The car arrived in perfect condition, on time and the truck driver could not have been nicer. Will definitely use HAINES and this company again!

Robert was very helpful in the information process he was honest and everything that he discussed he deliverd I have transported many times in the past with different companies and I have to say none of them compare to the experince I had with this company. They are now officially the only transport company I will ever call in the future no more gambling and rolling the dice with internet quotes.
