Your salesman was a very nice gentleman to work with, but after he made the sale he became nearly impossible to reach. Both he and the subcontractor that took over the transport didn’t keep me informed on the timing of the delivery or where my vehicle was. This was confusing and frustrating.

I went into the hospital on Tuesday. On Wednesday someone from your office called in the hospital on my cell and said to call Wall Pole. I did, and they said the truck had just come in. I had heard horror stories about auto transporters. This was my biggest concern when speaking with you. This was the first time I had transported a car. Your delivery company was excellent and took great pains to make sure the car would not get any kind of damage during transport. I would certainly use this service again if necessary.
