I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the two gentlemen that transported my vehicle from Scottsdale to McKinney Texas. They were very efficient in handling the pick up and kept me informed by telephone when they were delayed in leaving the area as well as calling when the made the delivery today. Personally, I couldn't have asked for better service (I actually read all these bad reviews after placing my order and therefore got really scared, but everything turned out just fine). I basically made contact with AAAdvantage via email, and they always replied immediately (when I asked for a quote via internet, a representative contacted me via email and later I always referred my question to him). He initially told me that pick-ups are made 7-10 days from the specified date (they publish this), but if I place my order a week in advance the chances are that they can get closer to the specified date (car availability date). I therefore placed my order a week in advanced thinking that it would still take an additional 7-10 days to pick-up, but the week in advance worked; they picked up my car the day following my specified date (I specified the 7th, they picked up the 8th around 1pm). The next best thing was that they delivered the car the next day (the 9th at 9:30am). The route was San Francisco to San Diego (California). The car was also in the same condition. No scratches or anything. Also, let's keep in mind that my move was of moderate distance (same state) and that may be the reason that I didn't experience any problems with this company. Bottom line, I would use them again taking into account the week in advance notice and the email communication. I pre-aid my order placing it online with a credit card; I was charged what I was quoted, period. Good luck.

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for taking care of transporting our vehicle in May. Your people were able to schedule the move in just a few days. I had waited over 6 weeks for BT Auto Transport, only to be told they couldn't do the job. The driver was competent and friendly, and delivered the truck in a timely manner. The service I received from Alicia was fantastic and I was really impressed when my car showed up clean and without a scratch. I contracted to have my car shipped from Tucson to Cape Cod. I filled out the application and gave my deposit 10 days before dropping the car off at the terminal in Tucson. Called two days later to learn that the company doesn't send its' trucks to Cape Cod!! Still awaiting notice of how and when the car may be delivered.

I recently shipped my car from Boston to Palm Beach and was expecting my car to be delivered by a certain date. I called customer service, and found out that my car was mistakenly sent to the Hollywood depot. A bit taken back and some what feeling anxious, discussed the problem and how we could resolve it in a manner that works for all. I had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service representative, and after a few minutes on the phone, felt at ease and more confident that all would work out. So, I'm writing to acknowledge the customer service rep for her integrity, for "being" "Customer service" and for "being" her "word". I'm this to tell you how much I appreciate the services you provided in helping me transport my car from Philadelphia, PA to Austin, TX. I am unbeliebably grateful that after the nightmare I had with tow other car carriers you understood my time dilema and worked extremely hard to have my car picked up the day after I made my deposit. Because of everyone involved, even with the Memorial Day Holiday, I had my car within 10 days. The service I received from you, your status team, dispatcher(kim) and driver (Tom) was perfect. There was a little confusion on the delivery date and the dispatcher was great in making last minute changes in notification to ensure I was in Texas when my car arrived and gave me a more than enough time to make arrangements if I wasn't. TJ, Yes both car were picked up on Friday, April 29, 2005 and delivered to me in Mississippi the next day, April 30, 2005 ( less than 24 hours)! Since this was my first experience using a car moving service, and I had read all the horror stories about late/damaged deliveries, disreputable crooks and cons from other companies - I was extremely nervous about this endeavor. Recently, we made a decision to get a car from Floria to a family member in Boise, Idaho. Through the internet we looked at over 20 different auto transport companies, including A AAAdvantage Auto Tansport, and requested quotes from many. What we learned was that A AAAdvantage was not least expensive, but the consumre reviews plus the company profile really got our attention. We called, he faxed to me a quote, insurance certificate, and the ICC number with a ton of additional information. The following week we phoned TJ to let him know we wanted A AAAdvantage Auto's services. We faxed the paperwork to TJ on Monday, March 7th. The car was picked up the next morning, and on March 14th was delivered in Idaho in perfect shape. Seven days from order placement to delivery 2,500 miles away in winter! There could not possibly been better customer experience, which was beyond our most hopeful expectation! We would recommend A AAAdvantage to anyone requiring an auto shipment. They put new meaning to the work excellence.

I used their service once and was for the most part happy with the service. As a result, I used them again recently on a trip from Miami. It started off well when they told me that because I was a repeat customer, they would give me a $25 discount and be placed on "priority". Truthfully, they called me only 2 days later ready for pickup. They said it should take about a week to get it across country. On about the 5th day, I called and they told me that it should have been arriving that day in the L.A. office and that they would be calling me in the next day or two to send it up. IT TOOK 7 DAYS LONGER THEN THEY SAID!!!! Every day that I called, they literally had a different excuse- of which none were that good. I will use them again and but next time I'll pay the extra charge for express service, for me it's worth the extra money - I need and love my car. I know that I am still happy from the first experience. Clearly, 2 times was just too much to expect.

Please pass this on to whoever is interested. The service your firm provided on transporting my vehicle from Ohio to San Diego was excellent from my first call to you to the delivery. Pat from Jewell Transport picked the vehicle up Tuesday in Ohio and delivered it to my son at Camp Pendleton in San Diego this afternoon, Friday (in four days). The guy is superman. I am not sure how to reach Pat's employer but I would greatly appreciate it if you could pass it on. I am a S. My car arrived at it's destination 2 weeks ahead of schedule and in perfect shape, Victor of AAAdvantage set up my deal. He was helpful courteous and stood by his quote and declarations something that most of the other carriers I talked too did NOT. The price was 10% higher than the lowest bid but 15% lower than the highest bid and I had quotes from about 10 companies.
