This was one of the best auto shipping experiences I have ever had. AAA, Inc. was prompt and had GREAT service. I asked for my car to be shipped at the last minute and they booked me ASAP. I would recommend AAA, Inc. to everyone. The customer service was great and the car was delivered early with no damage.

Terrible experience with these guys...check BBB before you call them. Might want to look it up under AAA Anytime (F Rating)...same owner and it mentions that AAA, Inc is an alternate name for AAA Anytime. I dealt with them (under AAA Inc) a while ago and am still angry. I am military and before my deployment overseas, I entrusted them with my vehicle as I situated my wife and kids with a place back in my hometown. They said it will be available in 11 days, but it took 45. When trying to find out where our vehicle was located, we could never talk to their customer service because they either hung up on us or wished us death (sad, but true). They could have cared less and treated me and my family like garbage. Please research before you go with these guys or anyone else.

Dear AAA, inc. The last time i sent a car i was delayed 3 weeks and the rentacar was as much as the transport so the cheapest ended up being the most expensive so i tried your company and the sales agent told me 5 days to deliver and even though it was a little more money you got it there in 5 days so i figure i still saved lots and lots of money thank you for being honest and on time

let me tell you if it were up to me no one would ship with anyone but you. You were the only company that guaranteed me that my car would never come off the truck and sit at some terminal once you picked it up from my house and you also let me fill up my truck. oh did i say you guys were also the cheapest. like i said everyone should ship with AAA inc god bless all of you

Dear Sirs, I must say that the search for a good auto shipper was not an easy one. Howerver, things got much easier when i contacted Jonathan at AAA, Inc. Jon was very professional and had a truck lined up pretty quickly. the transport of my classic 1965 Mustang went wothout any problems. Your service was good. My only complaint is the pickup date. You gave me a window of two days for pickup. They contacted us but did not pick up until the 3rd day. Thankfully, my car arrived out in San Diego in excellent condition sooner than expected. In 4 days instead of six to my amazement. I would highly recommend them, but give extra day for the pickup, in case you are flying out etc.

To whom it may concern, I just shipped my 1999 BMW 535i with you. The shipment was from Passaic, N.J. to Las Vegas, NV. My \"Baby\" was delivered 6 days after pickup and the truck driver was nice enough to meet me at the service road near Budget Rent-a-Car at McCarran Airport. i was able to seamlessly return my rented vehicle and take possession of my Beamer at the same time. you guys did a great, graet job! sincerely, Aryes Georgescu

AAA, Inc. was professional and great to deal with. I was given a window ot two days in which the carrier was to pick up the vehicle and they did so on the earlier of the two days. the delivery was as expected. The price was fair and reasonable and the paperwork minimal. the car arrived in good condition and two day ahead of schedule! The whole experience was super.
